About the Role

  • As a Customer Service Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading our front of house team in providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Safely Handling Equipment: Ensure all equipment is safely handled and maintained to prevent accidents and injuries.
  • Navigating High and Low Shelving: Ability to navigate high and low shelving areas with ease, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in tasks.
  • Working Outdoors in Various Weather Conditions: Work effectively in outdoor environments, adapting to changing weather conditions.

Requirements:

  • Verbal Communication Skills: Exhibit strong verbal communication skills to provide excellent customer service.

Availability:

  • Monday - Friday: Available to work Monday through Friday from 8AM-5PM.

Compensation:

  • $40,000 per year (estimated salary): Receive an estimated annual salary of $40,000, based on industry standards and location.
