Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide patient care in home health settings
  • Maintain accurate and complete medical records

Requirements:
  • One year of clinical experience
  • Ability to provide nursing visits according to treatment plans and maintain accurate paperwork
  • Current licensure as a Practical Nurse or Licensed Vocational Nurse in the state of operation
  • Valid CPR certification
  • Ability to drive to business locations
