Senior Medical Care Provider

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Nurse Practitioner (NP) to provide high-quality, evidence-based medical care to seniors and patients with complex needs in various settings. This role involves examining and treating various medical conditions, collaborating with healthcare professionals, and maintaining up-to-date patient records.
About the Role:
- Provide compassionate, personalized care to individuals with chronic and acute medical conditions
- Examine and treat minor injuries, accidents, and other health issues
- Collaborate with caregivers and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient medical records
- Ensure timely referrals to other healthcare practitioners when necessary
Requirements:
- Active state Nurse Practitioners license
- Current Nurse Practitioner National Board Certification
- Active state DEA licensure
- Master's degree in Nursing (MSN)
- Five or more years of nursing experience; at least two years of nurse practitioner experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal communication skills – verbal and written
- Excellent time management skills with accountability for practitioner's daily workflow
- Proficiency in medical instruments and equipment
- Strong knowledge base of HIPAA and OSHA regulations
- Demonstrated proficiency in computer-based data management programs, electronic medical record (EMR) systems, and Microsoft Office applications
