We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse-Intensive Care Unit to join our team at Ardent Health Services Hillcrest Medical Center. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care through the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate all nursing care for patients based on established clinical nursing practice standards
- Collaborate with other professional disciplines to ensure effective and efficient patient care delivery and the achievement of desired patient outcomes
- Contribute to the provision of quality nursing care through performance improvement techniques that demonstrate positive outcomes in patient care
- Collect patient's health data and analyze assessment data to determine patient problems
- Develop a comprehensive plan of care that prescribes interventions to attain expected outcomes
- Implement interventions identified in the plan of care and evaluate patient's progress toward attainment of outcomes
- Assist with the plan of care, evaluate, modify and coordinate care, and communicate well with other disciplines
- Delegate tasks to unlicensed personnel in compliance with the Board of Nursing
- Conduct discharge planning, assisting the patient/significant others to obtain knowledge about illness, injury prevention, and teaching
- Maintain confidentiality with all information
- Perform any and all other duties as assigned
- Internal Requirement: I9 required for direct candidates. Attestation required for Sub candidates.
- Drivers License required for all travelers.
- ACLS required as applicable.
- BLS required.
- PALS required as applicable.
- Tech Cert Verification - National: require as applicable.
- Aya HIPAA Required
- Primary source online verification required.
- NURSYS Verification required for RN, LPN/LVN, AP
- Require as applicable.
- Required as applicable by profession, 80% score or Meet/Exceed the Angoff Score
- Color Blind Exam required for all candidates
- Required as applicable to profession.
- For Subs Only: Either signed Lotus HIPAA form OR Core testing is acceptable.
- Clear headshot required for all candidates.
