As a Merchandiser with American Greetings, you will play a vital part in helping people celebrate holidays, each other, and all of life's special moments. You will be responsible for merchandising and maintaining all product displays within the greeting card department, as well as other areas of the store as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Merchandise and maintain product displays within the greeting card department and other areas of the store.
  • Work in a fast-paced retail environment utilizing effective time management skills.
  • Partner and build relationships with retail store associates and management during daytime retail business hours.
  • Use a company-provided tablet to perform basic job functions, such as reviewing weekly service and tasks, inventory functions, time entry, etc.

Benefits:

  • Starting pay of $11.30 per hour with two increases during the first year of employment.
  • Flexible work scheduling.
  • Paid training.

Requirements:

  • Availability during daytime hours, specifically Monday mornings due to store needs and service.

Service Area:

The route will service multiple retail locations, including Dollar General stores in Maryville and surrounding areas.

Weekly Hours:

The weekly average hours are 4 hours per week, with the potential to increase to 7 hours per week around holidays.
