About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Advanced Manufacturing Engineering Program Manager to lead our efforts in developing and implementing innovative manufacturing processes. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for defining, developing, and managing the schedule, resources, and investment needed to complete all required manufacturing deliverables in support of new product development programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure adherence to the NPD phase-gate process and execute program deliverables.
  • Lead and coach advanced manufacturing engineers and cross-functional team members in the definition and development of manufacturing concepts and processes.
  • Evaluate and implement innovative and cost-effective manufacturing processes to improve safety, quality, and efficiency.
  • Contribute to sourcing strategy decisions and conduct make-buy analysis for new components.
  • Provide technical expertise and leadership for the timely resolution of manufacturing process and product design problems.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or related technical disciplines.
  • Minimum of 5 years of manufacturing work experience, with experience in multiple functions preferred.
  • Project management experience, with ability to manage complexity and risk.
  • Knowledge of DFM/A, 3P, life cycle cost analysis, capacity analysis, and advanced quality planning.
  • Integrated manufacturing experience in machining, fabrication, welding, assembly, or HVAC/heavy industrial manufacturing environments.
