RN Nursing Manager/QI/Staff Development Coordinator
We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to serve as RN Nursing Manager with Quality Improvement (QI) and Infection Control responsibilities. As a dedicated leader, you will have the opportunity to share your nursing expertise and help build a skilled, professional, and dedicated nursing team in Ohio.
About the Role:
This is a day and night shift available position that offers a competitive salary and benefits package. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing QI initiatives, leading infection control efforts, and developing staff through training programs. A strong background in clinical management, wound knowledge, and leadership skills are required. Prior experience in staff development and supervisory roles in long-term care settings is desirable.

Salary: $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
Requirements:
• Current RN license in the state where the center is located.
• 1+ years of clinical management experience.
• Strong management and leadership skills.
• Maintain 'Train The Trainer' certificate for STNA training.
• Prior experience in staff development and supervisory roles in long-term care settings.
