Overview

Soliant is seeking a licensed Speech Therapist (SLP or SLPA) to join a school district in Texas. The successful candidate will provide speech and language services to students with communication disorders.

Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $90,000 per year

Job Description

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1+ years of experience in speech therapy and a valid Texas Speech-Language Pathology license. Prior school-based experience is preferred but not mandatory.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct evaluations and assessments to diagnose communication disorders
  • Develop individualized treatment plans based on evaluations and assessments
  • Provide speech and language therapy to students in both individual and group settings
  • Collaborate with other professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for students
  • Maintain accurate records of evaluations, assessments, and therapy sessions
  • Attend meetings and provide reports on student progress

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • A valid Texas Speech-Language Pathology license
  • Prior school-based experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
