At Classic Collision, we are seeking a highly skilled Collision Repair Technician to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of quality in every vehicle that comes through our doors.

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Collision Repair Technician to work on a variety of vehicles, from passenger cars to commercial trucks. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of collision repair techniques and a commitment to delivering exceptional results.

Responsibilities
  1. Complete disassembly of vehicles to assess damage and prepare for repair
  2. Ensure all necessary repairs are identified to eliminate supplements and minimize repair time
  3. Mend damaged body panels using various techniques, including hammering out dents and welding broken parts
  4. Operate a range of hand and power tools, including welders, sanders, and spray guns
  5. File, grind, and sand repaired surfaces to ensure a high-quality finish
  6. Inspect and test drive vehicles to check for compliance with safety and quality standards
Requirements
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • I-CAR/ASE certifications preferred
  • 2-3 years' experience in collision repair
  • Valid driver's license required
  • Customer-focused attitude with excellent communication skills
  • Ability to read and comprehend written instructions and information

Salary

The estimated salary for this position is $105,000 - $125,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
