Job Summary

As a Commercial Account Manager at TransForce, you will play a vital role in maintaining the Client Insurance Program. This position requires strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Document and process client insurance programs using agency management systems
• Generate surveys and renewal applications, prepare loss summaries, and initiate premium finance requests
• Issue certificates of insurance and auto ID cards, prepare schedules of insurance, and deliver policies to clients
• Process policy audits and monthly reports, identify and resolve accounting discrepancies, and create requests for changes to client coverages
• Collaborate with the Risk Management Team to ensure superior service to all clients
• Demonstrate technical expertise in maintaining client insurance programs, including completing Kaplan Pictorials and obtaining insurance designations
• Communicate with insurance carriers and clients as needed, and become proficient in premium analysis software

Requirements

• College degree preferred
• 24-36 months of experience in an Assistant AM role or equivalent industry experience
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize work, and possess basic word processing and spreadsheet computer skills
• Operational knowledge of Windows-based application programs such as Excel and Word
• Willingness to work overtime due to the cyclical nature of the business
