Customer Retention Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain client relationships through proactive outreach and issue resolution
  • Identify and document client needs, problems, and solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prevent customer cancellations and ensure satisfaction
  • Stay up-to-date on offered products and services to provide tailored solutions
  • Employ problem-solving techniques to find solutions to client needs

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain control over conversations and speak with clarity and confidence
  • Comfort with basic computer applications and Microsoft Office products
  • Ability to adapt to change while maintaining priorities

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in retention or account management roles
  • Experience with chiropractic or medical office management
  • Understanding of basic accounting principles
