We are seeking a highly skilled Paramedic to join our team at Piedmont Eastside Medical Center. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, providing exceptional patient care and contributing to the success of our medical team.

Job Summary

The Paramedic will be responsible for facilitating age-appropriate, culturally sensitive care, maintaining a safe environment, educating patients and their families, collecting information, communicating effectively, and utilizing technology.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate patient assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of health care services
  • Participate in performance improvement initiatives and oversee unlicensed personnel
  • Advocate for patients, teach, and provide education on health-related topics
Qualifications

To be considered for this role, applicants must possess a high school diploma or equivalent and have a minimum of 1 year of experience as a Paramedic, preferably in Georgia. Current certification as a Paramedic in the State of Georgia is required, with National Registry certification preferred. Additionally, candidates must hold BLS certification and be ACLS certified or able to become certified immediately.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $55,000 - $75,000 per year, depending on experience. Our benefits package includes comprehensive health insurance, retirement savings plan, paid time off, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
