Job Summary:
Piedmont Medical Center is seeking a dedicated and skilled RN Med Surg FT Days to join our team. As a key member of our nursing staff, you will provide direct clinical patient care and assume responsibility for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating the nursing care provided to assigned patients on a per shift basis.

About the Role:
This position involves supervision of staff to which appropriate care is delegated, ensuring high-quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care, competency of clinical staff, and effective resource management related to patient care. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
* Provide direct clinical patient care, including administering medications, performing various medical procedures, and documenting patient information.
* Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate the nursing care provided to assigned patients, utilizing evidence-based practice guidelines and standards of care.
* Supervise and delegate tasks to other nursing staff as needed, ensuring that patient care needs are met efficiently and effectively.
* Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement comprehensive care plans that address the physical, emotional, and social needs of patients and their families.

Requirements:
* Graduated from a state-approved school of nursing or an accredited institution.
* Currently licensed, certified, or registered to practice as a nurse in the state of practice.
* Possesses CPR certification.

Compensation:
The estimated salary range for this position is $90,000-$120,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications. This figure may vary depending on individual circumstances and market conditions.
