  • Accurately document patient care and outcomes in electronic health records.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient safety and satisfaction.
Education and Professional Development
  • Provide education and training to nursing staff on best practices and new technologies.
  • Stay current with industry developments and advancements in nursing care.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A current RN license and BSN degree.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
