**Job Summary**

The Senior Vice President of Surety Solutions has local and/or regional responsibility for multiple complex clients, focusing on new business production, client management, and policy compliance. This role requires strong relationships with key stakeholders and carriers, as well as exceptional people management skills.

**Key Responsibilities**

• Act as the subject matter expert on Surety, maintaining ongoing relationships with complex and large clients

• Supervise a department or function, ensuring effective leadership and management

• Perform marketing functions for all new and existing business, preparing proposals for presentation to clients and prospects

• Visit clients to review surety programs or carrier meetings, ensuring strong communication and negotiation skills

**Required Skills and Experience**

• Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to present numeric data effectively

• Self-confident decision-making, with the ability to interact successfully with various personalities

• Strong leadership skills, with experience in people management and policy compliance

• Ability to read, analyze, and reconcile financial reports, with technical expertise and analytical skills

• Property & Casualty Broker's License required, with more than 10 years of industry experience preferred
