We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Support Specialist to join our team at First Georgia Physician Group. As a vital member of our healthcare team, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional patient care and support.

Salary and Benefits Package

The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary of $19 - $22 per hour based on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package that includes paid time off, sick leave, and paid holidays.

Main Responsibilities

Your primary duties will include:

  • Interviewing patients to verify their information and recording their medical histories
  • Preparing patients for examination by conducting preliminary physical tests and reporting summaries to physicians
  • Administering injections, including immunizations, to patients
  • Reviewing patient charts and schedules for preventive protocols
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date medical records and communicating effectively with colleagues and patients
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Current certification (CMA) or registration (RMA) as a Medical Assistant
  • At least 1 year recent experience working in a medical office and administering vaccinations
  • Familiarity with the Georgia Immunization Registry (GRITS)
