Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Manager-In-Training (MIT). As an MIT, you will participate in a comprehensive training program that will equip you with the skills and knowledge necessary to succeed in this role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in training and quality control of staff
  • Learn and perform the job assignments of housekeeper, heavy housekeeper/floor tech, and laundry worker positions
  • Develop leadership skills and provide guidance to ensure quality standards are met
  • Maintain records of income and expenditures, supplies, personnel, and equipment
  • Communicate effectively with client managers, building occupants, and administrators
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Basic computer skills and ability to maintain records and complete reports
  • Ability to lift/carry a maximum of 50 pounds and stand, sit, bend, and walk for extended periods
  • Compliance with COVID-19 Vaccination Policies
