Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Outfitter to join our team at Bass Pro Shops. As a Sales Outfitter, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, presenting customers with the benefits of becoming a CLUB member, and executing all CLUB operational and compliance programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support a strong commitment to world-class customer service and ensure a pleasant and productive shopping experience for all customers.
  • Proactively greet customers and present them with the opportunity to become a Bass Pro Shops & Cabela's CLUB member or provide current members with a unique and exclusive experience.
  • Execute all Bass Pro Shops & Cabela's CLUB operational and compliance programs.
  • Demonstrate products to customers and remain knowledgeable of advertised sales.
  • Help meet metric goals and objectives for self and store.
  • Keep CLUB inventory accurate and maintain a clean and organized CLUB Booth.
  • Provide full CLUB member experience, including service processes such as processing payments, answering account questions, and processing applications.
  • Provide daily feedback and reports in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Provide peer coaching, recognition, and support as a CLUB advocate and representative.
  • Provide service to all areas of the store based on business need.
Requirements
  • Minimum degree required: High school diploma or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 0 to 2 years of experience.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Excellent organization skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience in a customer service environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Adaptability to new processes and procedures.
  • Excellent self-motivation and initiative while unsupervised.
