Main Responsibilities
  • Utilize optical prescriptions to recommend specific lenses and lens coatings, ensuring customers receive the best vision solutions.
  • Assist patients in selecting frames, coordinating frames with optical measurements, and providing expert advice on vision care.
  • Conduct measurements using appropriate optical tools and consult with Opticians as needed, maintaining high accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Participate in creating a positive store environment, fostering strong relationships with peers, management, doctors, and support staff.
  • Maintain store appearance, ensuring displays and inventory are clean, attractive, and organized.
  • Embody an inclusive culture by treating customers and colleagues with respect and dignity.

Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ years of experience in retail or customer service
  • Familiarity with point of sale systems, computers, and calculators, with basic phone and math skills
  • Ability to sell through effective use of sales skills and accountability for sales results
  • Strong communication skills (oral and written)
  • Self-motivation and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
