JOHNLEONARD is recruiting a seasoned Patent Paralegal to support its Intellectual Property practice in Waltham, Massachusetts.

In this role, you will assist attorneys with patent prosecution tasks, such as preparing and filing documents for US and PCT applications, formality documents, and Information Disclosure Statements. You will also correspond with foreign associates regarding foreign prosecution and process incoming correspondence from various Patent Offices.

To be successful, you will need a Bachelor's degree or paralegal certificate and 3+ years of experience in US and international patent prosecution paralegals. You should possess advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat, as well as strong organizational, time management, and interpersonal skills. Effective communication and attention to detail are essential.
