Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled Account Development Representative to join our team, focusing on developing and maintaining client relationships, generating new business opportunities, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities and Expectations
- Client Relationship Building
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell insurance products and services.
New Business DevelopmentGenerate new business leads through proactive outreach and networking, using your expertise to identify customer needs and market relevant products.
Exceptional Customer ServiceDemonstrate a strong commitment to customer satisfaction, resolving issues promptly and providing personalized support to ensure long-term loyalty.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Sales and Marketing Experience
A minimum of 2 years of sales and marketing experience, preferably in a related industry such as insurance or financial services.
Strong Communication SkillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues alike.
Licensing and CertificationA Property & Casualty license is required, with opportunities for growth and advancement within the company.
