Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Grandview Healthcare Center. As an LPN, you will provide high-quality nursing care to our residents, working closely with our interdisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide nursing care to residents as prescribed by the physician and in accordance with standards of nursing practice and regulations.
  • Assess and document resident progress in the medical record.
  • Monitor turning and positioning of residents.
  • Administer medications and treatments accurately as ordered by the physician and according to all facility policies and procedures.
  • Document pressure sore status weekly or more often as condition changes.

Requirements:

  • At least one (1) year of Skilled Nursing experience preferred.
  • Effective verbal and written English communication skills.
