About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Housekeeping Aide to join our team at Learning Care Group. As a Housekeeping Aide, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our childcare center, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for our children to learn and grow.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the organization and cleanliness of the building, classrooms, and playground.
  • Perform janitorial tasks such as vacuuming, mopping, dusting, cleaning windows, and restrooms.
  • Gather and empty trash.
  • Assist in cleaning school equipment, furniture, fixtures, and walls.
  • Clean restrooms and refill dispensers.
  • Assist with putting up and removing seasonal decorations and displays throughout the year.

Requirements:

  • Comfortable working around children.
  • Willingness to learn and grow in a team environment.
  • Must meet state requirements for education and our center/school requirements.
