About Us: James Carr - State Farm Agent is a reputable insurance agency seeking an experienced and skilled Producer to join our team.
Job Overview: As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining customer relationships, identifying their needs, and marketing appropriate insurance products and services.
Responsibilities:
- Customer Relationships: Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, following up as needed to ensure their needs are met.
- Insurance Product Knowledge: Use your expertise in State Farm insurance products to recommend, explain, and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.
- Needs-Based Review Process: Utilize a customer-focused approach to educate customers about insurance options and develop tailored solutions to meet their needs.
- Lead Development: Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
