About the Role:
NaphCare is seeking an experienced Medical Records Clerk to join our team at the Middlesex County Jail. As a Medical Records Clerk, you will play a critical role in our continuing mission to be the leading provider of quality healthcare in the correctional industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine clerical tasks
- Scan and/or file all documents, records, and correspondence properly
- Retrieve medical charts
- Scan and/or file medical records into patient's electronic health record
- Sort and distribute mail

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Experience in medical records or a related field preferred
