Job Title: Commercial Lines Account Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join our team at Jobot. As a key member of our insurance brokerage, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of commercial accounts, ensuring all client service needs are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a portfolio of commercial accounts, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring all client needs are met.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and insurance requirements.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless transitions of new clients.
  • Review and analyze clients' existing insurance coverage, providing recommendations for improvement.
  • Oversee the renewal process for all assigned clients, including preparing renewal proposals and negotiating with carriers for the best terms.
  • Respond to client inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
  • Collaborate with underwriters and adjusters to manage claims and risk management issues.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 3+ years of experience in commercial insurance and account management.
  • A proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Strong knowledge of commercial insurance products and risk management principles.
  • Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficient in using insurance software and Microsoft Office Suite.
