Job Title: Sales Representative - Car Wash Team Member

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Representative to join our team at Wash and Roll. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for greeting customers, assisting with car wash selections, and promoting our monthly unlimited services.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Greet each customer and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Assist customers in selecting and paying for their car wash services.
  • Offer monthly unlimited services to customers at a promotional rate.
  • Activate and input information for new unlimited customer accounts.
  • Manage existing unlimited customer accounts.

Main Qualifications:

  • Clean and friendly appearance.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time.
  • Acclimate to all outdoor temperatures.
  • Willingness to give a sales pitch to multiple customers per day.
  • Part-time and full-time opportunities available.
  • Flexible days off.

We offer a performance-based pay structure, with base pay ranging from $15 to $18 per hour, plus commission. Our sales bonus program rewards top performers with additional earnings.
