Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Exterior Finisher Specialist to join our production team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in power tools, mechanical knowledge, and materials handling techniques. This role involves working with various materials and tools to complete final painting and finishing tasks, ensuring precision and quality in all work.

Key Responsibilities

• Utilize power tools for finishing tasks, adhering to safety protocols and company standards.
• Handle materials safely and efficiently, with attention to detail and quality control.
• Assemble components according to specifications, ensuring proper fit and function.
• Conduct basic math calculations for measurements and material requirements.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace to promote safety and efficiency.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
• Disassemble and assemble windows and door units, with ability to lift 50 pounds.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Experience with power tools and mechanical knowledge.
• Strong understanding of materials handling techniques and safety protocols.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations related to measurements and quantities.
• Knowledge of construction painting/staining techniques is beneficial.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
