About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) to join our team in the Greater Seacoast area. As an LNA, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients while enjoying a flexible schedule that balances work and personal life.

Job Overview

As a member of our Interim HealthCare team, you will provide one-on-one care to clients in their homes, working independently and making your own schedule up to 40 hours per week. This role requires a valid nursing assistant license in New Hampshire and at least six months of experience in the field.

Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality patient care and support in a home setting
  • Develop and implement personalized care plans tailored to each client's needs
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of patient interactions and care provided
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must possess:

  • A valid nursing assistant license in the State of New Hampshire
  • At least six months of experience working in the field
  • The ability to lift 50 pounds with no restrictions
  • Current CPR certification preferred but not required
