About the Role

This is an extraordinary opportunity to join Optiv as a Client Manager, where you will be responsible for selling Optiv security services and security technology solutions to a select few strategic accounts within a geographic territory. You will be the primary point of contact for these accounts, responsible for building and executing a multi-year strategic account management plan, and leading a cross-functional team to deliver security solutions that meet the clients' needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and grow existing accounts.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders, including sales, technical, and service teams.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver security solutions that meet the clients' needs, including security consulting, technology, and services.
  • Manage and maintain a sales pipeline, forecasting revenue, and ensuring accurate and timely forecasting.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, security threats, and Optiv's security solutions to effectively communicate the value proposition to clients.
  • Work with technology partners to build and maintain relationships, share leads, and maximize mutually beneficial sales opportunities.

Requirements

We are seeking an experienced sales professional with a proven track record of success in sales, preferably in a technology company. The ideal candidate will have:

2-3 years of experience in product or services-based sales.A strong understanding of the IT infrastructure, security, and risk and compliance markets.Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex security solutions to clients.A proven ability to build and execute territory and account prospecting and expansion plans.Experience engaging cross-functional resources, including sales, pre-sales technical support, and other support personnel.
