  • Help end-users navigate the Avetta Cloud Application and resolve technical issues
  • Verify technical documents submitted by end-users and accurately record details in Service Cloud (SFDC)
  • Prioritize and resolve customer needs, providing necessary outbound follow-up
  • Communicate and coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless customer experience

Requirements

  • Call center experience is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
  • Working knowledge of PC applications, including Windows and related software
  • Ability to learn and apply new information or skills
  • Interpersonal skills, problem analysis, and problem-solving
  • Attention to detail and accuracy, adaptability, and self-motivation
