Job Summary

Welcome Home Finance LP is seeking an experienced Senior Mortgage Loan Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our loan processing team, you will be responsible for the timely and accurate processing of conventional, VA, USDA, and FHA loans.

Responsibilities
  • Process and review loan documentation with comprehensive knowledge of policies and procedures for loan products.
  • Ensure timely and accurate completion of all loan documents.
  • Communicate effectively with borrowers, agents, and internal teams to ensure seamless loan transactions.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry regulations and guidelines.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in mortgage loan processing.
  • Excellent communication and follow-up skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Knowledge of Conventional, VA, and/or FHA loan products.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development in a dynamic and supportive environment.
