Job Overview

Millennium Therapy is seeking a skilled Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our team in Dubuque, IA. As a COTA, you will work in a Skilled Nursing setting, providing high-quality care to patients and residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the provision of screens, collection of assessment data, and direct treatment of caseload.
  • Participate in the clinical team process and provide teaching and training to caregiver staff.
  • Collect assessment data and prepare treatment materials as directed by the supervising Occupational Therapist.

Requirements:

  • Associate Degree in Occupational Therapy Assistant from an AOTA accredited program and Professional Licensure in the state of hire or eligible for licensure in states that regulate the Occupational Therapy Assistant.
  • Demonstrates effective verbal and written communication skills, strong organizational and analytical skills, and utilizes effective time management skills.
