The estimated annual salary for this role is $65,000 - $85,000 based on location and experience.

Requirements
  • A valid LPN license in the state of employment or eligibility for licensure.
  • One year of LPN experience.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification prior to completion of orientation.
  • Act 31 training completion within 45 days of hire.
