At CapB InfoteK, we are seeking a highly skilled Business Systems Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our delivery team, you will be responsible for configuring, testing, and implementing new software systems developed by RS2.


Your primary focus will be on managing client delivery and release schedules for projects, changes, service requests, and mandatory releases. You will collaborate closely with our clients, the Technical team, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of the RS2 system into their existing infrastructure.


Some of the key responsibilities of this role include:


• Assisting in managing client delivery and release schedules for projects, changes, service requests, and mandatory releases.


• Planning and managing the RS2 system functional and regression testing schedule for assigned changes.


• Providing business process assistance in Client Delivery planning.


• Acting as a central point of contact for the delivery of specific changes upon which you are working.


• Maintaining test environments and installing delivery components.


• Correcting setup defects and re-testing to ensure compliance with supplied specifications prior to the Release Package delivery to clients.


• Liaising with Project Definition, Change Management, and Technical teams to ensure compliance with client business requirements and agreed specifications.


• Documenting all test results in accordance with agreed standards.


• Concluding testing within agreed timescales and ensuring results meet acceptance criteria.


• Requesting internal sign-off in order to trigger the Release Process.


• Performing release coordination, documentation, version control, and regression testing.


• Providing knowledge transfer to Support Teams or any other team as required as part of the delivery hand-over.


• Delivering releases to clients and providing support during implementation.


• Maintaining version control records for all client environments.


• Documenting new functionality and enhancements introduced to the software systems developed by RS2.


• Handing over functional documentation to the Training & Documentation Team.


• Participating in onsite support or training as per clients' requests.


• Working closely with clients and peers to facilitate migration of data to/from the software systems developed by RS2.


• Providing 2nd line support for clients and RS2 support team's in line with applicable SLAs.


• Participating in the 24×7 shift to provide client 2nd line support when necessary.


• Liaising with Quality Assurance Team to perform audits and recommend corrective action were necessary and to monitor corrective actions.


• Training RS2 clients and internal staff on software systems developed by RS2 when requested.


• Documenting all work in accordance with agreed standards.


• Maintaining status reports for all tasks on a regular basis.


• Establishing a good working relationship with customers and other peers.


• Performing regular updates of Work Sheet Reports.


• Performing any other related duties that may be assigned from time to time.


The ideal candidate should have a degree in Business and IT or an equivalent professional qualification. They should have experience and expertise in RS2 Bankwork Payment Acquiring application. A good knowledge of the specific payments industry is also preferred.


Key skills and qualifications include:


• Proficiency in SQL Language.


• Proficient in testing methodologies and test case execution/verification with an eye for details.


• Familiarity with standards associated with IT practice nationally and internationally.


• Ability to facilitate remote and face-to-face client meetings.


• Strong written and oral communication skills.


• Demonstrates a strong awareness of the uses of IT within the industry of specialisation.
