Job Description

The Residential Manager position at In Flight, Inc. offers a challenging and rewarding opportunity for a skilled leader to oversee the health, safety, and well-being of residential group home residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and direct the assigned IRA team members while promoting person-centered practices.
  • Manage staff scheduling to ensure client ratios meet required standards.
  • Provide leadership, supervision, and training to Team Leads, DSPs, and other professional staff.
  • Oversight of house and resident finances, including reviewing billing documentation and managing budgets.
  • Coordinate with Human Resources Department for staff training, coaching, and evaluations.
  • Ensure proper documentation and notifications to parents, guardians, and care coordinators.
  • Support incident management by submitting timely and accurate documentation.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in psychology, human services, or a related field with two years of supervisory experience in the DD field, or an AAS degree with four years of supervisory experience.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to lead and motivate employees while maintaining positive morale.

Compensation: Estimated $52,000 - $57,500 per year (based on 25-27.5 hours/week), commensurate with experience.
