Job Description

Liaise between teams to gather requirements and conduct business process analysis for the Salesforce platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrate and configure Salesforce applications (Service, Sales, Social, Marketing, etc.) within a sandbox environment.
  • Manage day-to-day operations of the Salesforce system administration and ensure the security of various other third-party applications (LMS, KMS, QMS).
  • Collaborate with teams to take requirements and conduct business process analysis for the Salesforce platform.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience in customer service, consulting, system administration, or analyst roles in support of an operations team.
  • Demonstrable project management skills and in-depth understanding of the capabilities and constraints of the Salesforce platform, including data flows and source of truth.
  • Bachelor's degree and SFDC Administrator and Platform Certifications.
