About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Auto Service Technician to join our team at i.g. Burton Auto Group in Smyrna, DE. As an experienced technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing automotive mechanical problems efficiently.

Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.

Job Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and repair automotive mechanical problems utilizing system diagnostics and testing
  • Perform thorough, efficient, timely, and quality repair work
  • Maintain safety standards at all times and keep a safe, neat work area
  • Provide clear communication (both written and verbal) to service advisor and management
  • Demonstrate professionalism, integrity, honesty, and consistent appropriate behavior with co-workers, management, and customers
Requirements
  • A.S.E. certification preferred
  • Ability to lift, bend, stand, and move without impairment and operate shop tools
  • Professionalism and excellent communication skills
