Renewable Energy Sales Strategist

ES Foundry Corp is seeking a seasoned sales professional to spearhead our customer acquisition efforts in the DG Segment (Commercial & Industrial, Community Solar, Small Utility, Behind the Meter, etc.). As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and success by identifying and capitalizing on exciting new opportunities in the solar energy sector.
This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to the growth of a high-potential company that values teamwork. You will be responsible for building and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders in target customers to enhance customer loyalty and drive repeat business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Negotiate long-term master supply agreements and purchase orders to secure favorable terms that align with company objectives.
- Establish and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) for regional sales metrics to measure success.
- Cross-functional collaboration with marketing, senior management, and factory to ensure alignment with sales initiatives.
- Prepare and manage sales forecasts and reports to provide insights into revenue projections.
- Other duties as required.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a sales or business development role.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in the renewable energy industry.
- Excellent team work & verbal and written communication skills.
- The willingness and ability to travel domestically.
Preferred Skills:
- Preferred experience in DG sales (community solar, behind the meter, C&I, etc.).
- Experience with CRM systems.
- Familiarity with solar energy products, government incentives, and industry regulations.
- Strong creative and analytical thinking skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic industry environment.
