Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with your co-teacher to implement lesson plans from our research-informed Balanced Learning curriculum.
  • Maintain a well-organized and safe classroom environment that encourages children to explore and learn.
  • Develop genuine relationships with each child, understanding their unique needs and interests.
