Job Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Mitigation Project Manager/Estimator to join our team. As a key member of our emergency response team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care to customers facing fire, water, storm, mold, lead, asbestos, or other elements. Your dedication and commitment to serving others in their time of need will make a lasting impact.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to emergency services, including water damage, trauma, fire, and board-ups.
  • Cultivate and build teams to perform needed work.
  • Work effectively and efficiently with other team members to ensure work is completed properly.
  • Maintain timely and proper communication between clients, insurance carriers, and in-house staff.
  • Oversee and/or perform labor tasks, such as demo, placement of equipment, and removal of debris.
  • Oversee the quality of workmanship on-site and ensure compliance with our high standards.
  • Act as a daily contact for the customer, ensuring their needs are met and questions are answered.
  • Monitor and provide appropriate documentation for dry-out and remediation jobs to all parties.
  • Climbing, reaching, bending, squatting, crawling.
  • Strong desire to help others during a difficult time.
  • Ability to work extended hours and weekends.
  • On-call rotation for emergency losses.
  • Willingness to work in fire, smoke, mold, water damage, and other hazardous environments.
  • Ability to document files accordingly.
  • The ability to lift a minimum of 75 pounds, to climb ladders, and get into confined spaces.
  • Complete a comprehensible estimate within 48 hours of starting a project.
Requirements
  • Hard working, honest, dependable, trustworthy.
  • Active IICRC - WRT, ASD, AMRT, FSRT.
  • 4+ years as a Mitigation Project Manager or Water Tech in Water, Fire, and Mold.
  • 4+ years of estimating/documenting losses.
  • Professional appearance and great attitude.
  • Advance knowledge of the operation of drying and restoration equipment, such as dehumidifiers, air movers, HEPA filter equipment, and other remediation equipment.
  • Ability to write scopes in Xactimate.
  • Knowledge of MICA and DASH.
  • Ability to write scopes in Symbility.
  • Ability to use Water Meters properly and effectively.

  • Base - $32.00 p/hour - D.O.E.
