Job Summary

This is a full-time, permanent onsite clinical position within Mid Tennessee Bone and Joint Clinic Columbia. The successful candidate will be responsible for evaluating patients, developing and implementing treatment plans, and providing quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate patients using subjective and objective information to determine treatment plans.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans, educational programs, and supervise technicians to provide quality patient care.
  • Maintain and provide documentation for therapy treatment using TOA's EHR/EMR systems.
  • Communicate effectively with providers, staff, patients, and families.
  • Discharge patients as appropriate.
  • Utilize EMR/EHR systems.
  • Demonstrate positive engagement in providing excellent customer service to patients and staff.
  • Adhere to Federal and State regulatory laws and rules.
Requirements
  • Current licensure in Physical Therapy in the State of Tennessee is required.
  • Master/Doctorate of Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
  • CPR Certification.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills across all levels.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Minimum two years of experience in orthopaedics is preferred.
