Enhance procurement efficiency and effectiveness at Arelion by delivering exceptional service to customers. Key responsibilities include managing the supplier engagement cycle, selecting suppliers, requesting and evaluating quotes, and negotiating terms. Ensure procurement specifications meet quality standards and cost-effectiveness, contributing to timely and successful service delivery.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Collaborate with the Deal Team to develop detailed specifications that align with business goals and customer requirements.
* Utilize the validated supplier catalogue to identify potential suppliers whose capabilities and offerings match specific procurement requirements.
* Send out requests for procurement quotes to selected suppliers, ensuring clarity in specifications and expected terms.
* Evaluate received quotes based on critical factors like price, quality, delivery timelines, and compliance with specifications.
* Conduct negotiations with selected suppliers to achieve the best possible terms.
* Prepare and finalize the Service Order Form based on the negotiated terms.

**Requirements:**

* Deep understanding of the telecommunications sector, particularly the carrier market.
* Extensive knowledge of vendor capabilities, including detailed understanding of products and services.
* High-level negotiation skills with a proven track record of securing favourable terms.
* Strong analytical skills, capable of conducting complex data analysis to inform strategic decisions.
* Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in all aspects of procurement and quoting processes.
* Proficient in IT systems, particularly Salesforce, with the ability to adapt to new technologies quickly.
* Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, tailored to a variety of audiences.
* Proven ability as a team player who can also lead and inspire team members.
* Flexible and responsive to the dynamic needs of the business, embracing changes and challenges with a positive attitude.
* Highly proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to operate independently and drive projects to completion.
* Strong decision-making abilities, with a capacity to weigh alternatives and take decisive actions.
