Job Title: Cyber Intelligence Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Cyber Intelligence Analyst to join our team at Consulting Services Group. As a Cyber Intelligence Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting all aspects of Cyber/Signature Management activities, including planning and execution of sensitive operations, coordination of multiple projects, and drafting and maintaining SM and CYBER policy.

Responsibilities:
  • Support Cyber/Signature Management activities, including planning and execution of sensitive operations and coordination of multiple projects.
  • Draft and maintain SM and CYBER policy, reviewing SM Program documents, SOPs, and regulatory documents to ensure compliance with U.S. law and DoD policies and regulations.
  • Provide substantive input to component commands/units in planning and submitting CYBER/SM plans, applying critical-thinking and problem-solving skills to create, refine, communicate, and brief operational solutions in the written and spoken word in English for approval at the GO/SES level.
  • Provide subject matter expertise and innovation during training events, conferences, working groups, and organizational meetings to support mission planning objectives and directed tasks.
  • Prepare operational Cyber/SM Plans, respond to, draft, and advise senior leadership on all aspects of Serious Incident Reporting.
  • Advise senior leadership on issues affecting CYBER SM programs by presenting mission briefs and formal staffing memorandums, maintaining all required records/documentation, responding to requests for input, and preparing research papers.
  • Conduct technical supportability reviews for submitted CYBER SM Plans, requirements, and amending/supporting documents.
  • Advise leadership on emerging technologies, vulnerabilities, and regulatory changes that may impact CYBER SM programs and propose solutions to solve emerging issues, observing trends in data security and implementing those that would benefit the customer.
Qualifications:
  • Must have a current/active DOD Top Secret Security/SCI (eligible).
  • Must have experience as Cyber Operations Specialist (17 series MOS/25D MOS), or equivalent experience in other services, governmental agencies, or in the commercial sector, or 4 months or more experience as a SM user working in SM support offices or in direct support of DoD SM operations.
  • Must have 8 months of CYBER or Tradecraft experience.
  • Must have experience with Linux.
  • Must have basic Penetration and advanced PYTHON experience.
  • Must have an operational experience within DoD, the IA, or the IC.
  • Must be willing to complete specific SM training courses.
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
Desired Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in any Computer Science-related degree.
  • DIA-CMP-2045: Privileged User Cybersecurity Responsibilities.
  • CEH (v10)-Certified Ethical Hacker.
  • Joint Network Attack Course (JNAC).
  • OSINT Awareness 'AGILE' Course.
  • SAN: GCIH.
  • SANS: Penetration+ (PEN+).
  • Red Hat Certified Professional.
  • OSCP/E: Offensive Security Certified Professional/Expert.
  • Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA).
  • CompTIA Linux+.
  • Linux Professional Institute LPIC 1 (Linux Administrator).
  • Linux Command Line training.
  • High school graduate, GED, or higher.
