M3 Placement is seeking a highly motivated Financial Advisor to join our team as an Associate Advisor in Utica, NY. This role offers a unique opportunity for growth and development in the wealth management industry.

Salary: $52,000-$71,500 per year, plus performance-based compensation

Job Description:

• Provide exceptional client service by acting as a liaison between clients and advisors, coordinating key tasks with professional partners outside of Strategic Financial Services.
• Assist in the execution and implementation of client financial plans and investments, ensuring timely completion and coordination of action items.
• Participate in firm groups, initiatives, or internal projects, contributing to community engagement and leadership development.

• Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, finance, economics, education, or related field.
• Experience in the financial services industry preferred but not required.
• Demonstrated personal integrity, professional initiative, and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with various financial planning software.
