Key responsibilities include:
- Managing 3 to 4 call center employees
- Monitoring and analyzing call center performance metrics
- Training and mentoring staff to enhance their skills and capabilities
- Answering phones and taking down client information
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Call Center Manager or similar role
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to tackle complex challenges and find solutions
