Job Description

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing 3 to 4 call center employees
  • Monitoring and analyzing call center performance metrics
  • Training and mentoring staff to enhance their skills and capabilities
  • Answering phones and taking down client information

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Call Center Manager or similar role
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to tackle complex challenges and find solutions
