Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Project Manager to lead our team in delivering successful custom automation projects. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for coordinating and completing major IT-related projects with accuracy and efficiency.

Estimated Salary: $40.00 - $60.00 per hour

Job Responsibilities
  • Assemble and manage project teams to ensure timely completion of IT projects.
  • Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify resources needed and develop project prototypes.
  • Implement policies affecting individual employees of a sub-unit, ensuring compliance with organizational standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must possess:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in computer programming, software development, and project management.
  • Strong knowledge of Statistics and proficiency in computerized project management software (e.g., MS-Project, PeopleSoft).
  • Proficiency in client/server technology and experience in system development, database programming, and application development using web technology.
  • Application development combining databases, SQL, and web front-ends.
