Harrison Gray Search is looking for a highly skilled Employee Benefits Account Executive to join their team. Our client, a prominent insurance agency, is seeking a professional who can manage client relationships, ensure their needs are met efficiently and effectively, and provide key client materials such as monthly data, renewal details, and alternative coverage options.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage client partnerships, including onboarding new clients, handling renewals, processing compliance alerts and updates, filing 5500s, managing plan documentation, and overseeing Open Enrollment preparation and execution.
  • Prepare and present client-facing materials, including claim experience reports, benchmarking, rate renewals, plan design alternatives, contribution modeling, and renewal recommendations.
  • Oversee all policy aspects of assigned accounts.
  • Maintain regular, professional, and proactive communication with clients, setting clear expectations and managing ongoing needs.
  • Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and thoroughness when interacting with clients, insurance partners, and internal teams.
  • Address client inquiries by working with insurance carriers or internal teams to resolve issues efficiently.
  • Conduct enrollment meetings with prepared materials as needed.
  • Review existing lines of business to assess potential additions, seeking proposals from carriers that best meet client needs.

Desired Education, Skills, and Experience:

  • Hold a valid 2-15 state insurance license.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred, with 5+ years of related experience.
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Publisher, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong presentation skills with clear verbal and written communication.
