We are seeking a highly skilled Master Psychometrician to join our team at Gap International. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and validate psychometric instruments for our diagnostic suite, ensuring accuracy, reliability, and validity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and evaluate assessment tools related to employee and organizational success.
• Analyze psychometric data to provide insights and recommendations for product improvements.
• Consult with stakeholders as a subject matter expert and author thought-leading reports.

Requirements

• Masters degree or above in Psychometrics, Psychology, Education Measurement, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in psychometric test development and validation.
• Strong background in classical test theory, assessment design, item response theory, and other psychometric models.

Location

The estimated annual salary for this position is $120,000 - $150,000, depending on qualifications and experience.
