Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to join our team as an Outside Sales Representative in the Dallas market area.

This role offers a unique opportunity to influence an entire industry and drive market growth through strategic sales and merchandising efforts.

About the Job

As a Field Sales Representative, you will act as the primary customer contact, executing market strategy, selling, and promoting leading consumer goods brands in the assigned territory.

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to stimulate market growth and expand product offerings to retailers.
  • Manage sales, distribution, and merchandising of our brand portfolio within the assigned territory.
  • Conduct professional product presentations to current and prospective customers.
  • Place product orders and negotiate agreements with retailers.
  • Achieve sales goals and brand building measures.
  • Build lasting relationships with store managers/owners by providing expert consumer insights and advice.
  • Utilize iPad technology for reporting daily and weekly inventory/sales data.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

  • Routine/Territory Sales Experience
  • Professional sales approach
  • Knowledgeable and Passionate about exceptional client service and exceeding sales goals
  • Outgoing and assertive personality
  • Exceptional Time Management skills, Excellent Communication skills and Organizational Skills Required
  • iPad Technology Skills
  • Trip planning skills and comfort with driving a commercial cargo van
  • Valid Driver's License Required

The estimated annual salary for this position is $60,000-$80,000 based on industry standards and location.
