Field Sales Representative

We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to join our team as an Outside Sales Representative in the Dallas market area.
This role offers a unique opportunity to influence an entire industry and drive market growth through strategic sales and merchandising efforts.
About the JobAs a Field Sales Representative, you will act as the primary customer contact, executing market strategy, selling, and promoting leading consumer goods brands in the assigned territory.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to stimulate market growth and expand product offerings to retailers.
- Manage sales, distribution, and merchandising of our brand portfolio within the assigned territory.
- Conduct professional product presentations to current and prospective customers.
- Place product orders and negotiate agreements with retailers.
- Achieve sales goals and brand building measures.
- Build lasting relationships with store managers/owners by providing expert consumer insights and advice.
- Utilize iPad technology for reporting daily and weekly inventory/sales data.
To succeed in this role, you must possess:
- Routine/Territory Sales Experience
- Professional sales approach
- Knowledgeable and Passionate about exceptional client service and exceeding sales goals
- Outgoing and assertive personality
- Exceptional Time Management skills, Excellent Communication skills and Organizational Skills Required
- iPad Technology Skills
- Trip planning skills and comfort with driving a commercial cargo van
- Valid Driver's License Required
We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, comprehensive training, professional mentoring, field coaching, and market support.
The estimated annual salary for this position is $60,000-$80,000 based on industry standards and location.
